We just wanted to let you know that there are extras of our Round 2 Crewnecks and some crewneck designs featured on this Kickstarter!

We have extras of Diluc, Kazuha, Albedo, and Childe from this round, and from Round 2 there is Lumine, Heizou, Ayato, Gorou, Ayaka,  Aether. 

Wanted to let you know because this is the last stock of our crewnecks! We are moving onto different design styles so if you are interested in these, get them while you can!  

The preorders will be shipping in August and arriving to you in August/September time frame

Tracking Numbers - Discord - Extra Crewnecks - Problems?

Hello! 

So, it has been a minute! We have finally finished all orders, from Kickstarter to preorder. We have a lot of people wondering if we have any extra crewnecks, yes we do! They will be for sale, later on, confirmed extras included Ganyu, Diluc, Zhongli, Childe and more! 

To get updates when the extras do drop please join our discord

Joining our discord allows us a much easier lookup than with Kickstarter.

(If you do not have discord, please message us again on Kickstarter and we will get your tracking for you!) 

Just a general thing we are saying if there are issues with your order, please message us on Discord, Kickstarter or Instagram (Mothferns). We will resolve each issue case by case :)

No sizing exchange is allowed. We have limited numbers of crewnecks and we are unable to order more unless in batches of 50 or more. Thank you for understanding, if you need more information on why we can not please leave us a comment or message us.

We have made a business/chatting discord server. If you message us on discord, it will be much easier to get your tracking number since Kickstarter is difficult. 

This discord has both owners of Mothferns in it! We can help much faster than via Kickstarter. We also post updates and more on the server!

Tracking Number - Update!

Hi everyone! 

We are currently in the 300-400's for shipping. We will be working overnight to get as much as we can pack and shipped today! 

Most US packages have a 3-4 day shipping time, international is 1-4 weeks! 

Once we have some more time we will send all shipping numbers out! Currently trying to get all packages shipped :)
